I did not buy my windows from Ron. I am in a new build home, but he spent upwards of 45 minutes to an hour on the phone with me, helping me figure things out. If I have to get replacement windows, I would use Ron. He was fantastic. Thank you, Ron.

Amazing customer service! I called asking about a broken window and got true family advice on how to fix it. It was like talking to my dad, someone who cares and encourages you that you can do it, while giving you the technical expertise and taking the time to answer all of your questions. The repair was as easy as they promised, and it saved me the $800 I had been quoted elsewhere. Would 100% recommend. You can just call for advice, no pressure, no sales.
