NAGCo just saved me tens of thousands of dollars by simply restoring the 30-year old windows I have. This is the only window contractor that can replace residential vinyl or composite thermal glass packs sash-by-sash. Chris came out and used only the highest quality Replacement Glass even with contoured inside grids! Measured 5 times for accuracy and installed ONCE. We didn’t have to lose any glass space with replacement windows and Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He treated our old home the process and the restoration process with experienced and artisanal care that you just don’t find in most service based businesses anymore. Chris made each of our old windows open, close, seal and operate like the day they were installed. Showed up On time and communication was excellent. Wade was very helpful and provided expert knowledge about the different types of glass doors that would be suitable for our new shower. When the new door was received by North Alabama, Wade inspected and made adjustments for a custom fit. Wade and Kevin did an great job of installing the door and instructing me in the proper care of the door. The shower looks outstanding and still looks brand new after 5 months of use, thanks to their recommendations. North Alabama Glass provided a beautiful high end product and highly trained professionals. I would use them again without hesitation.
