Home Window Company installed 16 windows. The whole process was a great experience. Alan the sales representative was very personable and answered questions thoroughly. Jerry, the owner, came to get exact measurements. He was also very personable. Installers, Brandon and Dustin are great guys and always polite and respectful. I would highly recommend Home Window Company if you need new windows. We have a house built in 1965 and it's so wonderful to have beautiful windows to look out of!! It makes a world of difference!
I enjoyed working Jerry and his team. I was very impressed with the workmanship of the installation. I was at work when the work was done. My family lauded the professionalism of the team doing the jnstallation. They replaced my front door and reinstalled our storm door. To save money, they installed the hardware I provided. The total cost was 1/2 that of the other estimates received, for the exact same door and assembly. It came out looking great!
Jerry and the crew from Your Home Window Company were excellent to work with! We had a large picture window that was broken during a tornado and two small bedroom windows that were just old and inefficient. They came out, measured for the windows and some doors we want to replace, then listened carefully to what we wanted and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. They ordered the windows and through no fault of theirs the shipping was delayed but they kept in constant communication with us so we weren’t just left wondering what was going on. The men they sent to install our windows were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our windows and even cleaned some debris left behind by other contractors we had repairing tornado damage. We are extremely pleased with our new windows and in the future plan to use them for our doors. I can recommend them without reservation!
