In September, a representative came to my home to give me a quote to replace my aluminum impact windows. The windows were yellowing with mold on the frames. I then reviewed the many products available. I decided to go with the Virgin Vinyl Impact Windows. I spoke with representatives from three companies before deciding to use Delray Windows. The salesman who came to my house was very professional and highly knowledgeable about his products. I felt comfortable with him and secure knowing the company has been in business for over 40 years. The windows, sliding glass, and entrance doors were installed recently. The friendly installers put all new frames in the openings for the impact windows as is required by Florida code. A supervisor was present during the two-day installation. The installation went smoothly without any delays or problems. I am happy I used Delray Windows, and I highly recommend them. I remain impressed every time I look through a window and open a door.
I am beyond satisfied with the company. I had two other companies come out to my home to give me quotes for impact windows and doors . Arnie came to my home and not only gave me quote for my windows and doors, but also, he explained it to us, the difference between different products, and how we could save a lot of money on both our Homeowners Insurance, and electric bills.The windows and Sliding glass doors are beautiful.
