From start to finish, the process of installing our new door was seamless and stress-free. Mark, our sales representative, was honest and forthcoming with all of the information we needed to know about how the purchasing and installation process would work. He answered all of our questions honestly and openly. One thing we appreciated is that we never felt pressured. Mark was patient and understanding when we told him we needed time to save money for our door. Christine, our sales manager, had our estimate for us almost immediately with all of the details we discussed! Kathryn, our payment and scheduling processor, was extremely helpful and so easy to work with. She was on top of everything, every step of the way, she never missed a beat, and was so pleasant to talk to. She was great at keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Sergio, our installer, was skilled, professional, and did such a perfect job installing our new door. He scheduled the final inspection on the same day and within 2 hours of installation, we were cleared and good to go! Our new door is absolutely beautiful, we are so happy with our entire experience and are looking forward to installing our next door! Seascape is a pleasure to do business with and we highly recommend them!
I would like to thank Seascape for the incredible job they did on my windows and doors. The house is now incredibly quiet and much cooler with the low E glass. Our curb appeal is also very much improved.The installation was amazing. The workers were extremely neat and clean. They put up barriers in each room to keep the dust and dirt to a bare minimum and vacuumed as soon as they were done. They were very critical and precise from leveling to caulking. I am very critical and precise in my own work and detail, and therefore give Seascape my highest praise.
