I had a great experience for fixing rock chips on windshield. I sent an email to ask for windshield repair. Next day morning I received their phone call to describe and book an appointment. It takes around 1hour to handle ICBC claim and finish the repair.
Great service and very professional. Repaired the glass retainer strip around our sliding glass door and did a great job. Highly recommend.
A really poorly run operation. They asked us to remove the tape the next morning at 10am. We trusted them and did as directed. The tape they used ripped the paint off our car and you can see the pry marks from the shotty job they did removing the glass. When we asked them to stand by their work they were non-responsive and not willing to help. Just a poorly run and managed operation. Consider other local auto glass repair shops before them.
This place was amazing. They not only replaced my windshield they wrapped up my side window on my Jeep soft top at no extra charge. They covered my uber and when I left my wallet in the uber they handled the problem for me and their company truck retured my wallet to my house. Fantastic customer service.
