Gizmo Glass has completed two master bathroom plans for me. The selection & quote process is smooth and easy. They provide a clear visual of the project and mp4 via email of how the glass will look. Curtis and his install team are efficient and solid communicators. They’re tidy and leave the space clean upon completion with clear instructions. Will be using them again for upcoming projects.
First of all, I called 2 other companies on New Year's eve, the same day I contacted Gizmo. One company could not come out until Monday, Jan, 5th. Another company said they would have to come out on Friday the 2nd, get dimensions, order glass (or something ??), then come back on another day.Gizmo, on the other hand, told me that they could come out on Friday Jan, 2nd and actually do the replacement between 1-3p. On Friday, Curtis R. showed up closer to 1p than 3p. He got to work right away replacing my broken glass, and was done within 15-20 minutes. It didn't even take my full lunch break. I was able to get back to work with no interruptions. Hassle-free, fast and friendly service! The overall experience was exceptional! ??
