The day of the service, Chase showed up right on time. Introduced himself and got to work quickly! Was very appreciative that when entering house, he wore booties. He took his time cleaning, removing screens and ensuring no mess was left behind. He did an excellent job and my windows look great! We contacted Lincoln on a Saturday and he replied within hours. By Tuesday he was at our home—on time, professional, and prepared. He created an instant rendering of the exact Christmas light design I described, making the whole vision easy to see. That same day he sent the estimate and deposit link, making booking effortless.

We scheduled installation for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Lincoln and his team arrived at 8 AM sharp and finished in under two hours. When I needed a small adjustment the following week, he came out the very next business day—after 8 PM—just to make sure everything was perfect.

Professional, responsive, efficient, and truly committed to excellent service. His service even included installation, removal, storage, and the purchase of the lights. We’ll be using Lincoln and his team every year! ??
