We met with Project Manager Wesley Corkin last night and he was fabulous. He was knew a great deal about the windows they sell and was able to answer all our questions. Unfortunately we are not in a position to replace all the windows in the house but bought new windows for the ones in critical need of replacement. Cannot wait to get our new windows.

I spoke with with Ameritech at the spring home and garden show, it was easy to set up an appointment, which was verified that evening. The following day Austin came to my house and showed me all options, very easy to work with. I did make a purchase of one door, with the option to purchase another door in the future with a price guarantee. Excellent to work with, looking forward to my new door.
Brian was excellent to work with. He arrived on time and explained everything in great detail. He wasn't pressuring us and wanted to make sure we understood everything. So far this experience was awesome. Will update everyone after final project is completed.
Last year we had them redo our windows in our house and we're pleased with the results and so this year we had them replaced two more windows and our front door. There was a mix-up somewhere and we got the wrong door installed, but the installers and customer service were fantastic! The installers gave us the information on who to contact and we were able to eventually talk to the owner. The owner was very understanding and helpful and we were able to resolve the mix-up. The final install was done by Don, who was very professional and did the whole job in one day! We are completely satisfied with the customer service and the install team(s) as they did a fantastic job
