Overall, the experience was great. I love the new windows and the price was fair. Communication from start to finish was excellent and I was not pressured on any of it. I live in a condo with an HOA. So getting the original quote helped with the documentation submission to them. The windows, once a 50% down is made, could take 8-12 weeks to get in. I was surprised when it was 5 weeks. Of course your mileage may vary. The installer was great. He called before arriving, was quick and most importantly, clean. He used a blanket on my new carpet and picked up after the work along the outside. If you are dealing with an HOA Get the approval first!

I am beyond happy with my rolling French doors by Window World. I hated my French doors that opened into my home. I didn’t want a sliding glass door, I wanted something that looked like a French door with blinds inside the glass. Window World came up with Perfect solution for me. When Steve Bell came to my house and showed me the door I was sold. I had shopped three companies and the prices at Window World. Beat them all. My installer Hector Hernandez was amazing. He showed up on time. Did a fabulous install cleaned everything up, and left me happy as a clam.
My neighbor, on three different occasions, said to contact Window World for my new windows. I trusted my neighbor completely. Mike Cook came and explained the entire process thoroughly and showed me the pricing. It was half what I had been told by another company. Mike was wonderful to work with. My windows were ordered and arrived before the earliest expected date. I was thrilled at that as the installation was in December, when the temperatures here in Castle Rock were not hot and not too cold for the work.I had the very best installer, Hector, who, by himself, installed seven of my windows the first day and the eighth window and sliding glass door the second day, including replacing necessary trim boards that were bad. I was so impressed with him - efficient, experienced, hard-working, honest, professional, and friendly. He definitely knew what he was doing. All went perfectly. I love the new windows! I couldn't have asked for better people to deal with than Mike and Hector!
I love my new windows. They look great in my house that is over 100 years old and have cut down on drafts and noise. Steve did a wonderful job explaining the process, the window options, and making sure I was happy with the final product. Jesus and his crew did an amazing job installing the windows. They worked quickly and efficiently but provided a clean and quality installation.
