Great company to do business with!! Two installers (Adolfo was one of the guys) came and installed my glass shower doors, they did great work and were professional and friendly.
Our shower was not installed plumb and square. Sassmen Glass & Mirror had the shower door customer made to account for that. Then Adolfo came and expertly installed it. Now it is perfect! Something you cannot get at the big box stores.
We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Adolfo and Stephen were fantastic during the delivery of two very large mirrors for our new business. They were extremely professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to answer our questions, made sure everything was handled carefully, and even offered to come back if we needed help with the mirror channels. That level of service really stood out and was so appreciated.The office staff was just as impressive. They were eager to help, coordinated a quick turnaround on a custom project, and scheduled delivery perfectly on time. When I called to check on the status of the mirrors, they were completely on top of everything, knew all the details, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.Overall, this team went above and beyond. Excellent communication and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
Adolfo and Stevn installed our shower glass and it looks immaculate. The walls were a little out of square, but they were able to install it in a manner that covered up the framing mistake.They were cordial, prompt, and professional. I’m very impressed and will do work again with them in the future.
The team at Sassman Glass did an excellent job providing and installing a high-quality shower door. Desiree was very helpful in the showroom, quoting and coordinating the order--taking time to guide us through selecting the right door and glass for our space. Adolpho came out to measure and was honest about how our chosen frameless door would look with the existing tile once the old door was removed. After we had another contractor retile the shower, Adolpho returned to remeasure, about a week later he and Justin installed the door in less than an hour. It looks fantastic. They are professional and easy to work with.
