Mike was so personable and talked with us for as long as we needed about our options for replacing our sliding patio door. He went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend him for future projects.

It was a great professional experience for us to watch and all our questions were answered as each stage of the job was done. They were very careful with our inside and outside of our home. Cleaned everything up. Would never know they were here. We are enjoying the quiet from on our noisy road with the new picture window.

Window Concepts replaced my front door unit (front door and side window) and patio door. Everyone I met from this company - sales, measuring, scheduling and installation - was friendly and respectful. This team made the entire process easy as a homeowner. Their communication (phone and email) was clear and all my questions were answered.
Cost was a major factor in my decision to go with Window Concepts. Their pricing is competitive with other companies I got estimates from, and the sales person I worked with was patient and explained all options for their promotional discounts as well as payments.
The installation team worked carefully and precisely and took the time to make sure everything was done right. They enjoy their work and it showed. After clean up it was almost like they were never here, except that now I have NEW DOORS! No more drafts this winter!
I would not hesitate to call Window Concepts of Iowa for projects in the future :)
