I ordered a replacement Thermos window in November 2025 and paid a deposit. I went to the office in December, but they couldn't find my order form. Then they said my window was at the office, but the Christmas holidays prevented the technician from installing it! I called again in January—you know, the holidays are over, but it's too cold, right?!—and as of today, March 2, 2026, still nothing! Terrible service, zero follow-up!!! They also told me the technician couldn't come as a precaution to avoid creating a thermal shock… couldn't someone have told us that in November before I placed my order?! The thermal shock is actually my electricity bill, which has gone up because my window is cracked! It's condensing, nothing stays inside, and it's turning black around it ?? I wanted to replace two patio doors, and guess what…it'll never be Fenplast again!! Zero After-Sales Service
