We had our front door replaced, and during the first winter, it became impossible to open. There's no way to open it in the cold because it was poorly installed. We had to use another door for several weeks. Customer service isn't provided by the store but is outsourced, so the store washes its hands of the matter. There's no follow-up, and the repair wait times are incredibly long. We're constantly chasing them because they never return calls when they're supposed to. Very disappointed, we certainly won't be going back there.
