Good product, good installation. Poor service... I'm missing a part on my patio door, a mistake on their part when ordering. 6 months later I'm still waiting for the part. Reason: forgetting to order, wrong part received 2x, the supplier is unable to supply it... etc... a simple plastic part that covers the wood at the bottom of the door
I purchased doors and windows and installed them myself. The measurements were taken by the company, and three of the four doors had to be returned due to incorrect dimensions. Carefully check the dimensions on the contract before approving it. However, the company didn't hesitate to replace everything. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the doors and windows, except for the patio door, whose design quality is disappointing for the price.
