Cheap doors and windows of very poor quality. There's a gap in the bottom corner of each door (poorly designed weatherstripping). Two fixed double-glazed units weren't fully clipped in, letting in air. The window cranks all break in the same place without excessive force. The windows are flimsy and warp with the foam.I chose Vaillancourt for a new build because they were the cheapest and I had a limited budget. I truly regret it.
Waited 20 weeks for the installation of my window and door after they told me it would only be 8 weeks. Now there are issues with the window they installed and they're claiming it's not their responsibility. I was not expecting this from a company that's been around for so long. Go elsewhere.
After experiencing some difficulty with a local retailer, Vaillancourt honoured my contract for 5 major windows being replaced in the front of our home. They ensured that the windows were accurately measured, ordered and sent an excellent team to complete the installation. I feel that they are a very experienced and reputable business. Their staff are conscientious, honest and courteous. I will definitely do business with them again, without hesitation!
