We had Freedom Windows replace 2 of our windows. Even though it was a small job, Ryan treated us as importantly as if we were replacing all of our windows. The windows came in quickly, and Brian and Josh came out to install them. They did an outstanding job and the windows look amazing. I wanted make a point of letting our community know about a local company that is doing great work. Around Christmas time, we finally decided it was time to replace our windows and called 3 different companies to get quotes. We had the "big" name (with the big promises of typical buy one, get one free- where we literally laughed out loud, when they told us the price), and, whose, salesperson minimized our requests, and spent the whole time criticizing other window companies. I had seen others on our local Facebook group recommend Ryan Brown with Freedom Windows, and I really appreciated that they were a local business with great reviews. From start to finish we were impressed with Ryan, Jason, Neil, Brian and Joel. Jason actually listened to us, and made terrific suggestions to deliver exactly what we wanted, and introduced us to products that we didn't even consider at a fraction the price the "big" company was quoting. Ryan- personally texted back promptly to every question about windows that my husband had which was a lot, providing photos so we could see and understand every aspect. Brian and Joel, installed our windows with such efficiency, quality and care (and were amazing with our 2 yr old Fox Red Lab- who is going to miss them greatly :)). Brian is a real craftsman, and is a true expert in the field. Our windows turned out amazing. The Picture Window in our 4 seasons room changes the whole look and feel of our space. We cannot recommend Freedom Windows enough. You will not be disappointed in their prices, products and service. My husband and I needed 22 windows in our home replaced. I was referred to Ryan’s company Freedom Windows by a coworker of mine! (I work in the construction/development industry, so referrals from work already hold a lot of merit!) From start to finish, Ryan and the team were tremendous to work with! Ryan is incredibly responsive, knows his product, and will give you a fair quote on what you truly need to replace in your home!Our home is over 100 years old and the previous windows were installed poorly/not at all energy efficient. The team had the entire job completed in two days. The installation was fluid…the team ran into a couple of issues with the former framing and took it upon themselves to fix the problem without extra cost to us. They did not leave a mess and were incredibly respectful and timely. The windows look tremendous!I could continue for a long time, but do yourself a favor and look no further. You should use Freedom Windows for your home window and framing needs. Don’t waste your time with other companies offering pressure sales, inflated pricing, and poor product lines. Call the team and see for yourself what they can do for you!My husband and I won’t hesitate to utilize their services again in our next home!
