Mark reached out to me promptly to arrange a visit and complete an assessment for our door that needed an awning. Everything was very easy as far as contacting him, and everything went exactly as he said it would as far as timing of installation. Quality appears to be good, and this should last forever. Mark even accommodated my schedule by doing the install on a Sunday. Thanks so much, Mark!!!
