This used to be a great company when they wotked for me many years ago. A fre months ago, the oener camr out to measure the areas of glass in my sunroom that need to br replaced. We got along well, I thought, but about 3 or 4 weeks later, they had not gotten back with me with an estimate, so I called; they called me back with an estimate I agreed either no haggling. That was months ago and I haven’t heard from them since. Apparently they decided that they didn’t want the job, but I wish they had called to let me know!!!! The son of the owners is supposed to be taking over the company. But I can guess right now that he doesn’t want to.
Front desk lady is rude, acts like you are disturbing her when she is the one asking what you’re looking for. At first I thought she was being a little prejudiced, but then read other reviews here where she’s just rude lady.TIP: Don’t have someone up front who is going to be rude to clients.If she is the owner, she should hide in the back and put someone in the front who is friendly.
Excellent Service & Quality WorkAfter a hailstorm left me with a broken window, I used Yelp and Google to research glass installation companies in the Edmond area. I had three different companies come out for estimates and ultimately chose Glass Solutions—and I’m so glad I did!They ordered the replacement glass, and about a week later, Sal came out to install it. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The installation was flawless, and he took the time to clean up along the way, leaving everything looking great.Glass Solutions offered competitive pricing, but honestly, I would use them again for Sal’s work alone. If you need glass installation done right, I highly recommend them!
Update: 2023. Had a classic 68’ jaguar mirror that the mirror was broken on. Replacement mirror was $$$$ and could not get just the mirror part replaced. They put in a new mirror for only $12! Love this place!!!We had an antique shelving display that I wanted to add glass tops for protection of the wicker and function. I brought my piece to them and was told it could take up to 2’weeks. They called me back just a few days later and it was ready! If you have any glass needs this is the place to come. Very affordable, fast, and courteous service. We have considered a glass shower door and thanks to their great service we will probably be repeat customers.
We have used Glass Solutions for several projects the past few years, can't say enough good things about them, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass or mirror products. The first project was to make 28 glass shelves to replace substandard builder grade dangerous glass shelves in display cabinetry. They were fast, efficient, and gave me excellent safe, durable glass shelves for the best price in town. The second project was during Covid in the Summer of 2021 when we had to completely rebuild a shower for safety for an aging parent. Glass shower doors are challenging and important to get a perfect fit, and expensive at any time, but during the Summer of 2021 there was a shortage of labor, glass, and mirrors that added an extra level of anxiety to the project. Again, Glass Solutions did an excellent job with measurements, recommendations for our specific needs, were fluent in their products, letting me know the timeline, and very professional throughout the process. We were exceptionally pleased with the resulting shower door and installation. The third project was a very large scale mirror built custom, and again it was a challenging because of material shortages, and a tricky installation because of a nearby hvac unit, and Glass Solution's attention to detail and decades of experience paid off. So thank you Glass Solutions!!
