Excellent experience from initial contact through to completion of the installation. We requested quotes from several companies and Shield provided the quote that best met our needs and budget. My wife had noticed that Shield continually had good reviews on the local online threads regarding window companies and installation experiences, and Shield lived up to that reputation. At the initial contact, they listened to what we were looking for including grates and colours, designed something that worked for our request, and then followed through on the installation, on time and budget. And regarding the install, I can't imagine a more completely or flawless install done by anyone anywhere. I was expecting to do additional finishing work after they left but there was nothing more to do. They were very transparent during the install explaining issues they found with the old frames once the old windows were removed and how they resolved them. They insulated and finished framed everything expertly. During the two weeks of the install every night they always left the site clean and tidy. We had thirty-three LoE Duxton windows and doors installed, including a Sunroom with nine large 5 foot by 6 foot windows, and in that space all nine windows were all lined up perfectly and finished beautifully. I'm a civil engineer who does a lot of my own home maintenance and construction and it felt like the Shield team treated the window install for our home like it was one of their own; there was that much care and attention paid to the end product. I would highly recommend Shield to anyone.

I had a great experience with Dave and his crew last summer having 15 windows done. The new windows look great and sure keep the house so much cooler with the tint. The job was done when promised and no issues with any of the windows.Dane was Super patient with all questions and we changed construction of a big strange shaped Window to a nice rectangle and couldn’t be happier with the new look.i would totally recommend Sheild to anyone looking for a great quality window.do your homework Fiberglass are better.

Straight talking people! With a product way ahead of the crappy vinyl windows on the market. these are high end very well made windows with the installation team that were top notch and took the time needed to show their Craftsmanship. When I myself did the interior installation ( as I'm a Woodworking craftsman myself) I found that the care they took to get the windows centred in it's space was basically bang on making my job much easier. If you are keeping your home for a long time and understand that top quality windows with insulated fibreglass frames aren't cheap. But in the long run with the fibreglass frames not moving like the vinyl ones that cause seal leakage, well then you can understand why I picked this product. Anyone who builds windows in Winnipeg know a thing or two about cold Canadian winters!!!

We had an outstanding experience with Shield from start to finish. The entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly respectful of our home. They did an amazing job on our new fiberglass triple-pane windows and beautiful front door, which have completely transformed the look and feel of our house. We decided to enlarge a bedroom window and convert our man door to the patio into beautiful sliding doors - and the results are stunning. Before choosing Shield, we got quotes from several of the more "advertised" companies offering PVC vinyl windows. We had always assumed fiberglass windows would be too expensive, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that Shield's quote was very competitive - and absolutely worth every penny. From sales to installation, every step of the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. If Shield offered full home renovations we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. That's how exceptional their work and service were. Highly recommend Shield to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a great experience!

Professional Service and a Beautiful Transformation We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. After getting 4 different quotes, Shield was right in line with the others and given the product offered it made sense to go ahead. David and crew were great to work with throughout the process. We were initially a bit concerned about our bold color choice (we were trying to match existing wood widows) for the new windows, but they turned out perfectly and have truly transformed our living room. We're also very happy with the new doors and windows; they are incredibly solid and have made the room much quieter. I also have to commend the installation crew for their professional execution—the whole process was seamless, and they left everything in excellent condition. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend their services!
