Best Value Glass Inc

About 6 years ago they made a custom dual pane tempered glass window for a huge milgard sliding glass door. I should have had them install it then but cheaped out. Cleaning the window a week ago and I noticed it was barely even staying put. I had there guys come out and do the job right. They scheduled next day service, came out, saw what was wrong with it and saw that the other installer didn't even use the necessary parts, so it was pretty unsafe. They had the milgard parts in stock, got the job done right and saw that there was the same issue on the other side so fixed that too. They were on time, super friendly, went out of their way to get it done right and the price was very fair. At the end of the job it took less time then expected and the invoice was even reduced without asking. I won't use anyone else in San Diego for glass repair, renovation or replacement. The installers completed the job with a scratch in one of the windows, and AFTER they installed them, they asked me to review the installation before signing off. I saw the scratch, and they said they knew and I’d need to get it replaced, but they had to order it. That was a hassle. Then, six months later, when summer turned to fall, every morning these are the only windows (the ones BVG installed) that fog up. When I called to report this, the receptionist told me it was normal, and she asked if she could send me a brochure. I am using Window World for the remaining window replacements, and so far so good. I do NOT recommend Best Value Glass.

The shower glass itself is beautiful and of excellent quality, and the installation was flawless.

Everything started 20FEB23…called for a free quote and within a day the measurements gentleman came by right on time and took necessary measurements and glass thickness…days later Christine (making things happen) called to follow up and see if I want to move on with the replacement…I ended up making decision on 16MAR23, my window glass replacement arrived on 31MAR22 and installation happened on 7APR23…half the agreed amount paid prior to order and rest was paid at job completion…There is no higher than ?????????? and usually you have some hiccups doing such job but with this company ZERO oh by the way and zero regrets…so darn happy we decided to choose them compared to rip off HOMEDEPOT and LOWES and couple other where everyone said glass replacement alone impossible. BEST VALUE is true BEST VALUE….Thanks to Christine and installation supervisor FIDEL…
