What seperates great (5 star) work from OK (3 star) work is the details.We had semper perform a “lift and lay” of our concrete (tile) roof. Since we had solar we also had them remove and reinstall the solar. We requested Class A fire resistant underlayment, as well as “bird stops” to help make the house more fire resistant. They also installed new roof venting that is more fire resistant.First Adrian and his solar crew removed the solar panels. NO damage done to them. 5 guys had the solar off the house in about 3 hours.Next Christian and his crew removed and relayed the concrete (tile) roof. This took them a little over 2 days since they had to replace boards and sheets of plywood that had dry rot and termite damage. They replaced the underlayment with class A fire resistant underlayment, installed the new roof vents, and replaced a bunch of tiles that had cracked/broken over the years. Christian/Semper accommodated the contractor for Termite Fumigation, and that was done well too.Next Adrian and his solar crew reinstalled the solar panels. They work perfect just like they originally did.Finally Christian followed up with painting after the entire job was completed, since the new boards required paint.Christian did a great job managing the roofing crew.Adrian also did a great job with the solar crew.Overall an excellent job from start to the very end.We highly recommend Semper Solaris.Thank you for a job well done.

Christian Jimenez and his team came out to take care of a roof leak. They were all very professional, made sure everything stayed clean while they were working. They were very careful when removing the tile roofing, one accidentally broke, but they had brought replacement tiles with them just incase. The guys were very easy to work with. They kept us updated as the day went on, and after the paper was removed, they explained that additional wood replacement would be required. They told us exactly what was going to be needed and the additional cost. We would not have know about the rotting would ahead of time but as soon as they found it they came to us a described exactly what was need and why and the additional cost. They completed all needed repairs and re-roofing within the day. Cleanup was immaculate. Very easy to work with and highly recommended. This is the second roofing we have had done by Semper Solaris and are as pleased as before. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They also did our solar panels years ago, and a solar battery earlier this year. We are also having them put gutters on the house, seamless, beautiful gutters. Semper Solaris is a highly recommended company and Christian and his his team are highly recommended for your roofing needs. They are an asset to the company.
Semper Solaris completed the installation of our energy efficient windows yesterday, and we are beyond thrilled! Roland and Mark made it possible for us to replace our 25-year old windows and an extra large sliding door at a reasonable cost. They patiently answered all of our questions and were confident in selling Simonton products with a double lifetime warranty (transferable). Wheelhouse Credit Union in partnership with Semper provided low interest financing. Vlad and his team of installers were thorough and accommodating which made our 2-day installation of 21 windows and a sliding door run very smoothly. Christian ensured that we were in communication before, during and after the installation. Semper has once again exceeded our expectations as they did with our solar panels installation a few years back.
