We had a window leak a couple years after an installation and they came out quickly, identified the issue was with the surrounding trim and not the window itself and corrected it within about 10 minutes. While they were here, I asked them to check out a couple of existing windows (not installed by Window Tech) and they shimmed the windows to ensure they closed properly. Great service, extremely kind and friendly and prompt.
Our window was leaking and the previous installer was no longer in business. Window Tech had to pull the window out and re-seal it, then re-install. It was done with expertise and timely. He also fixed our sliding patio door putting new rollers and fixing the lock. It was difficult to fix but he was steadfast and fixed it all! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend this company, they were one of very few in the county to do repairs, most only wanted to do full installs. I Will definitely call them again.
Matt was fabulous. He came out to give me an estimate to repair a sliding door. He did not try to sell me any extras or any work I did not need. He returned another day and repaired the door quickly and thoroughly. He was a delight to work with. Trustworthy and competent. I highly recommend him.
We meet with multiple window replacement companies for quotes on replacing all the windows and 1 sliding glass door at our home. From the minute we met with Matt and then receiving his bid, we knew we had found a honest, knowledgeable craftsman. Matt and his crew did the work today and we are extremely pleased with not only the quality of the Milgard windows and sliding door, but the skill and care Matt displays when doing the installation. We had new vertical blinds that presented a challenge when choosing new windows that would allow the blinds to continue to fit flush within the window frame. With Matt’s knowledge of the Milgard line of windows, he helped us find the best window for our situation. The other window reps just brushed us off saying ‘there was nothing they could do’ and the verticals would have to be mounted differently. Now that the work is complete, the house looks modern and so much brighter (and the vertical blinds hang perfectly).
