STAY AWAY!!!! They sent workers to my place to get measurements for new screens. Five days later they dropped them off and did not knock to let me know they dropped them off, luckily none were missing. When I tried to install, seven of the nine I ordered were too big. They asked me how I was installing them, and I said I only know one way, from the inside with the pull tabs. So, they sent someone out to confirm they were too big, and he confirmed they used a third party to make the screens. Then they started playing the blaming game on the third party and informed me they will fix them for an additional $20 each. I would give zero stars if possible!!
Mac's Glass was very responsive via email, text, calling. Eric and his son were polite, hard-working and finished the job promptly without issue. Gloria was professional and friendly when scheduling, especially with our busy routine. Highly recommend and would use them in the future. I called Mac's Glass and they had the glass ordered, appointment confirmed, and glass installed in less than 2 days. I needed windshields put in two vehicles and they were able to do both at the same time. Very fast response, even on the holiday. Erick and his crew did a great job, very professional. The job was done perfect and at a great price. Would definitely recommend.
Macs glass is family owned and operated. They custom made the mirrors that I needed for two walls and installed them in less than a week. Father son duo is as good as it gets.
