The team at Window Team USA have been amazing from day one. It’s a family run business that really cares about their customers. Their installation work is first rate, their pricing is very competitive, and they completed the project on time and on budget. Plus they left our home cleaner than I ever expected. The quality of their windows and doors is exceptional, but many providers offer great products. It’s the friendly and professional service that’s sets Window Team apart. I’d do business with them again without hesitation.

We worked with Michelle to get an estimate on a new exterior door and window. She is fantastic with excellent customer service skills. She listened to what we desired and provided us with excellent options. The result is a beautiful exterior door in blue which contrasts beautifully with our home. Our new window replacement also met our expectations. We would like to thank the Window Team USA in El Paso team: Michelle, Andrew, Tony and Cesar for their excellent service. The results are amazing and have received many compliments from our neighbors. We highly recommend Window Team USA!

Window Team USA was great! I had a large obscured picture window which was cloudy and the seal had failed. It was replaced with a clear sliding window allow for opening and improved line of sight. The pictures show the before and the final result. The window was quickly and professionally installed. All debris was cleaned up and the exterior stucco bullnose was painted to match the exterior base. I think the window is beautiful and looks original to the house. I would not hesitate to do further contract work with Window Team. The window arrived earlier than expected and installation was promptly scheduled. If you are looking to replace windows, I would recommend this company. The window is great quality and energy efficient; qualifying for a tax credit! Visiting the showroom was helpful because the features and options were explained. Highly recommended!
