Absolutely love Window World!!! They were fast, efficient, professional, helpful...all things rolled up into one!!! I would definitely recommend them for everything!!! I used them for doors but they're going to be my go-to people for windows next then my siding!!!
Installation was great! Installation crew was amazing. Very professional and their craftsmanship with the metal trim was spectacular. The windows themselves are great quality and they make the house look like it’s brand new. A few of the windows had some manufacturer defects and one of the screens was broken. I’m currently working with customer service to get that remedied. I will post a follow up on that. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the fact the installers did not do a very good job cleaning up after the installation. They left broken glass, large wood chips from the old windows, old caulk, metal pieces they cut from the trim they put up, and other debris. I had to go around and clean up their mess after they left. This is a safety concern for me as I have kids and dogs. Overall it was a great experience, you can’t beat their price anywhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.
Our experience from the beginning was well worth every penny. We love our windows and have no regrets with our purchase. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the fence on spending the money on some new windows. Window world provided exceptional service. I had all 9 of my windows installed in a matter of hours. Our installers also sweat and cleaned up behind themselves which I was not expecting. Fenomenal service. Window world had my business from here on out.
