Jon was very receptive to what we wanted to add and it was more than window replacement. I showed him an AI version of what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable of the product and the different variations that were available to us. He designed a very nice combination of doors and windows and they are everything that we wanted. He explained clearly, about the structural changes that will be made to accommodate the new windows and doors. We are very excited about this project and anxious to see its completion.
