I recently had new replacement windows installed (9 windows + patio slider) done by Coughlin Windows, and we are extremely happy with them! I initially got quotes from 5 different companies, and the pricing was all over the place. I also did my due diligence and looked up reviews on each company. After reviewing all of this information I chose Coughlin due to both their pricing, but more importantly their numerous outstanding reviews on both Google and Yelp. The entire process with them was fantastic; clear explanations (with no upselling) of the available options from our sales rep, Kevin, followed with clear communication on the order placement and timing of installation. On the install day the crew of 3 guys arrived right on time, and were able to complete the entire install in just 6 hours! They were friendly and courteous, and made sure to go over all the window's features with us before leaving. Overall and great experience, and I would highly recommend Coughlin to anyone looking for replacement windows!
Coughlin replaced 3 sliding doors and 17 windows for us- and it was a great experience. They came on time, cleaned up each day, finished on time. The double pane windows with the glaze to reduce heat loss and keep out sun is wonderful and beautiful. The windows and doors lock securely and look so wonderful! It is already much quieter inside, and warmer (it's November). Thank you!
We had Coughlin Windows replace all the windows and patio doors. They sent 3 crews and it took about 6 hours. They were very respectful of our things and put down covers to protect the carpet. They vacuumed each area after the installation was complete. Also I’m so impressed with the blinds being reinstalled. They seem to be cleaner and work better than before they got here! The whole process from measuring to installation was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Pricing was the lowest of the three bids we got, and we thought our quote was by far the best value.Coughlin under promised and over delivered, beating their schedule by a couple of weeks. We were very happy with the communication and commitment to making sure we were happy with the job. The sales team wasn’t pushy and did a good job presenting and explaining the options available.
