Ricky was my installer today for 4 windows. Talk about amazing service!!! He went above and beyond!!! The windows that were made by another company for him to install, were made incorrectly, and he caught it immediately! He corrected a mistake in one of the windows and explained to me everything he was doing along the way. Can't say enough about the great service he provided. Thank you, Ricky!!!!
We have used Discount Windows of Junction City twice. Once on a house in Eugene and also on our house in Drain. They have been awesome both times. They are always on time, the work was done better than my expectations, they finished in the stated time frame and they left no mess behind. The crew was great! This place is a joke. I had to call numerous times, left voicemails and couldn’t even get a phone call back to simply schedule the estimate. Finally someone scheduled me with the install manager of the company and then he decided to no-show the appointment. I had to call THEM to find out he decided not to show up to work today. They knew going into it that this estimate was on a home we’re trying to purchase and live 30+ minutes away from. Full home windows and doors estimate and couldn’t even get a phone call back. Will be taking our business somewhere that has the common courtesy to at least communicate with a customer. Insane this place is still in business but I SHOULD have listened to the reviews..
We were introduced to Lee ( owner ) by Dave Vodvarka ( former employee who installed our Sunroom doors & windows several years ago ) today we visited their headquarters in Junction City for another project. We met Evan ,Jake & got excellent customer service from Cane . The building/showroom was very well maintained,organized & the overall feeling was very positive. They have an expansive inventory for types of building projects with a variety of all types of doors & windows. We highly recommend you go see them for your construction work.
They should accommodate in the yard and put the windows based on their size because they have a dump there and it is difficult to search by size and then some windows are already broken others are crooked where the heat hits them a lot. It is not recommended to come with sandals because there are many thorns and you are not comfortable
