I contacted Rob about our broken window and inquired if possible to do a pane replacement rather than the entire window frame. He said he could do that, came out to get the measurements, and everything was ordered in the same week. Once the glass arrived, he scheduled and got me in the following week. He has been very friendly, efficient, and his schedule availability is very easy to work with. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs window repair/replacement! Very happy with the service!
Oh wow, TrackTown Glass is awesome and I'll never call anyone else for this kind of work. First, let me say that Rob's communication, timeliness, and work was excellent. Called me the day after I submitted a web inquiry, came out the next day, measured and gave me a very reasonable quote, I paid a deposit and like a week later, he's back and I have a working window!See, the opening mechanism on my window broke and I also had a foggy pane on it. I had talked to someone else in town who said the window wasn't worth repairing and gave me a quote for 4x more than Rob did it for. The window works great! But on top of this, I have some french doors that weren't opening properly. The other guy gave me a quote for like $1200 to fix the door and when Rob came by for the window quote, I showed him just to see what he would quote but then he showed me how I could fix it myself with like zero tools and minimal effort. I mean, that kind of service -- that someone isn't going to take advantage of you or make a buck on your ignorance -- you don't find that everywhere, and that's why I will recommend TrackTown to everyone. Honest, excellent work that you can trust.
