I had a great experience working with R&L Windows. Tasha was very communicative and helpful from the beginning, helping me figure out the types of windows, doors, and extras that would fit my needs. She was also very transparent with costs and helped me identify places where I could save money vs just growing the overall price tag. I really appreciated the partnership and attention to detail. The team was very efficient and got 10 windows and 2 doors installed within 2-3 days. They even came back to adjust a few things, because they felt it could improved. Dan was so thorough and helpful across the board. Would def recommend them and will be utilizing again for future needs!
Absolutely great job! I was replacing a sliding patio door with french doors and thought it would be a pretty easy thing but ended up, I guess a little more complicated. They handled it above and beyond and did great work and knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you!!
R&L Windows did an amazing job! They installed two double-pane windows quickly and efficiently, and the quality of their work was excellent. Communication with Tasha was smooth from start to finish—she’s incredibly kind, trustworthy, and offered a very fair price. The technician was not only highly professional but also extremely dedicated. He even got his hand slightly cut while carefully cleaning up broken glass, which shows how seriously he takes his work. I truly respect and appreciate their work ethic and attention to detail.Overall, I’m very impressed and grateful. I highly recommend R&L Windows to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and honest window professionals!
Beware! Anything that could go wrong, went wrong! It started off well and the first person that came created a barrier for dust, took his time with his work and was accurate. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish the job due to some electrical wires being in the way. A different crew came to finish the job and that’s when everything went sideways. They did not create a barrier and made a huge mess all over our entire downstairs, literally thick dust on everything! They would not hire cleaners, instead sent someone from the office to clean and it was not done thoroughly at all, leaving thick dust everywhere still. So we had to hire cleaners or our own. They ruined our wainscoting by creating a ton of nails pop and then hammered them back in, which left giant holes in our walls. They cut the trim wrong knowing we did not have more and could not find a color match. Reinstalled the trim wrong and incredibly sloppy. Cracked our siding. They are saying they will return to make things right, but a lot of it can’t be undone. We are just hoping and praying the window was sealed correctly and doesn’t leak.
Save yourself time, money, and heartache — Look elsewhere.R & L Windows either did not know, or did not care, to do a professional window installation for our family’s home. We have had continuous issues with the windows since the day they were installed. Here is our R & L story:R & L installed 18 new windows and 2 sliders for us, a whole home retrofit. They had some of the lowest prices and a decent-enough rating, so we figured it was a no brainer. After the installation was completed, we had painters lightly pressure wash our home to prepare for painting. When they did, 14 of the 18 windows R & L installed leaked water into the house. When the painters looked at the windows, they discovered some windows hadn’t been caulked at all, while others had been done so poorly that they were already failing. We decided to accept it and move on, live and learn. We paid the painters to recaulk the problem windows, which resolved the leaking — but only temporarily. This last week we woke up to discover water continuously streaming into our living room. The drywall is disintegrating, paint cracking and peeling. We are still assessing the damage, but that is the impetus for finally writing this review. In addition to that, they did not finish installing all the screens on the windows, nor did they install the latch on the screen slider door to our deck. They also didn't install all of the weep drain covers.Usually, I’d call a company to resolve missteps like these, but there have been enough errors I don't feel confident in their abilities. When it comes to windows, the consequences of a poor install are often catastrophic.Overall we are extremely disappointed to be having recurring issues with these windows considering this company had good reviews. If you are looking for a team of professionals, I would go elsewhere.
