The entire process of ordering and installing windows was seamless. The sales rep, Theo, was very informative and not pushy at all. He took time to answer my questions in detail and provide additional helpful information.Betty, the project manager was delightful to work with. She made sure everything was going smoothly reaching out a number of times to ensure no glitches or surprises.The installers, Justin, Tristan, Marc, and Cody, protected the property from dust and dirt and cleaned up nicely. They seemed well organized and were pleasant to deal with.The windows are beautiful, solid, and well made. I'm optimistic they will have a long life and continue to look great. One huge difference appreciated right away: noticeable noise reduction. I'm so pleased the traffic, dumpsters, sirens, and other racket is significantly muted.Because of the cost, I didn't replace all my windows at once but certainly work with Renewal by Anderson when I do,
I WOULD NOT recommend this company!The windows went in fine, no issues. When our patio door showed up, it was too big and hit the overhang when the doors opened outward. Two different people pre measured, but apparently forgot.We had the option to continue with wrong doors, or they cut out plywood up over the hole in the house.6-8 weeks later the correct size showed up, but without the privacy glass (which was correct on the first doors). So now we wait 7 more weeks for them to install the proper ones.3 different people assured me they were sorry. When I asked about quality control, they said it was in oversight on mine. 2 different times!They talked in circles, but basically I'm up a creek w/o a paddle while I continue to wait.What a joke!

ReNewal by Anderson has to be one of the best experience I’ve had with a company that I done business with. From beginning to end all aspects of the project has been wonderful. When my Wife notices a problem with a weather stripping I called and they order the part and the service tech “Stephen Sandstrom” called to let me know what time he was going to be here, and that’s exactly the time he came right on time and that’s important to me. I truly recommend this company if you ever in need of some new windows this should be the company you should get them from. Highly recommend ????????????
Had to replace all the windows in our rambler built in 1968. All the windows were single pain. From the time the salesman Josh McAllister arrived promptly at 2pm to when the installers Eleazar, Dezz and Juan left, we have been so impressed. We absolutely love the windows, the quality is second to none. And the professionalism and workmanship of the installers is impeccable. These guys showed respect for our house and property. Covered all the shrubs and cleaned everything up to where you didn't know they were here. Thanks again for the wonderful service. Janette and Mike Nidever
