Nice folks.They installed this door three times: Once, it wouldn’t close. Twice it wouldn’t open all the way. The photos are the next day of the third installation. Could it be the new door was warped prior to installation?A new Arctic grade seal seems to have stopped the air flow. Hopefully this fix will hold. If not, I am assured Hoffer will make it right.They never made it right. I had to hire someone else. The other contractor pointed out some things that should have never happened.

We could not be happier with our new doors! We love the look, style, hardware and security these doors offer. Everyone (from the office to installers) were easy and fun to work with. We will definitely be using Hoffer glass for another project in the near future.
