Eastern Shore Glass Co. has been great from my first phone call to them! I called to double check my appt time and asked if they could possibly call when they were close bc I had a sleeping toddler and wanted to put the dogs outs so they wouldn’t bark and wake him up. They did not have to, but their employee Shannon did just that! And once he got here to do the estimate, he offered to just take the measurements outside and not have to come in as to not accidentally wake up the sleeping toddler ?? If you have kids, you KNOW how important nap time is and we appreciate these little details so much ! Thank you!!!
The entire crew from start to finish was totally professional. Our glass doors are a perfect fit to the cabinet. This company is beyond good. They do excellent work and always please the customer. The most professional company we have ever worked with in all our moves. We would highly recommend them over and above any other company in the area. They are on time and complete a job to perfection.
Would use this company again. We had a crack in one if our windows. Eastern Shore was the only company to call us back. They came out and gave an estimate. They were definitely affordable. The tech came back in 10 days and we have a new window. The technician was friendly and professional. The people on the phone were great too. Highly recommend!!
