I had an emergency situation with the supporting beam of my carport collapsing. Jim came out right away to access and make a plan of action even though he had not planned on working that day (weekend). He made sure myself and property were safe before ever receiving a dime. He came back when he said he would, finished in a timely manner and left my structure stronger than it had initially been built. They left my property clean. I would definitely work with him again.
