The service I received involved replacing several sashes that had scratches mostly on the inside between the panes and a few with scratches on the outside. They came that way from the factory. I received amazing service through. Stephanie, the customer service representative who kept me informed in advance as to when the technician would be coming to my house. She was very pleasant and professional and easy to speak with. Eric was the technician who made sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. He saw where the scratches were when he initially responded for a couple windows and thoroughly went to every single window to see if there were other problems and there were. He knows his work and was very efficient in removing the defective sashes and putting in the new ones. He was always pleasant and patiently answered my questions and gave me what information he had so that I understood the process thoroughly. I’m very pleased with the quick responsiveness that Eric and Stephanie provided. I would highly recommend Pella for their beautiful windows and standing by their product and satisfying the customer 100%.
