Uses outdated sales methods that takes advantage of people's emotions and wastes more than 2 hours of your time when all you need is a quote. Then when you finally get the quote it's clear they think "People will pay for quality" means upcharging more than 20% and you have to sign right there or you won't get such great discounts, even though the discounts are the 20% up charge, the "real" price is about 40% higher than anyone else.They did a fine job on our bathroom a few years back, but nothing spectacular, we were definitely over charged for that as well.Pretty sure they saw "Dual Income, No Kids, Nice Neighborhood" and thought they'll pay top dollar.Posted anonymously so they won't call me, but I'm sure they still will.
Jake was phenomenal installer. had some miscues with original order but he found a great solution for us! problem solving is key in this custom built house. He was fast efficient and the final product is AWESOME thanks JAKE
Do not use this company. We paid for the product to get our cabinets refinished in December a couple years ago and it was not even completed until the following December due to missing pieces multiple times, contractors not showing up for appointments (literally, an appointment was made and I took time off to meet them and nobody came), poor work that had to be redone and more missing product. We were told it would take about a week, fine, and the customer service person Brian said they can run into issues and it takes more than a week, and that is fine. But in NO WAY should it have taken a year. Or nearly 9 months from the start date. I could have had a baby faster.Fast forward a year and the product is falling apart. Doors are separating, the previous contractors dripped glue all over the floor that wont come off. Glue is seeping between seams and is yellowing and the quality is just mediocre. I filed a warranty claim in August of 2024. The scheduled replacement date was totally missed (so more days I took off for a no-show) because the office staff cant read a map, and when we were finally able to get it set up for May, he didn't even have all of the replacement doors he needed.In the mean time, MORE doors are separating.In December of 2025 2 contractors (who were very nice) came to look and take new measurements but still had no doors to fix anything (another day I had to take off) and reorder more product.Now we are in January of 2026. They guess maybe the product will be in later this month, but I am assuming it wont be, it will be later this spring. And when they come, all the parts wont be included, and when they finally are, I will have to take MORE time off of work.This is a joke, the product is bad, and while the 2 contractors I have seen this winter are very nice and probably do good work, the rest of the company seems ineffective and unwilling to help or rectify the problem. What should have been a quick affordable way to update my kitchen has cost more than a new one would have between the original expense, the time off of work, and the delays.Beware, this is NOT worth your time and money. It would be nice if an actual supervisor or perhaps the owner, Steve Little, would acknowledge this problem and offer some solutions, rather than "oh we will fix it" but the just have a customer service person call with some BS excuse.
Justin Newman put in our walk in shower in 12/17. The dat b4 predicted blizzard. He got here early and worked very hard to get the installation done that day. He did a great job. It looks so good and took time to answer questions. Cleanup was perfect. We appreciate his work and the fact that he got the job done in one day.
Kristopher and Jake were very professional and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing. Our windows and trim look great. We had a huge job at 18 windows with some needing full frame replacement. Would definitely recommend this company and Kristopher and Jake as installers. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We'll be going to them for all my window and bathroom remodeling needs. They also kept my wood trim inside living room which no other company we contacted would do. Their windows are TOP QUALITY as well. Much better than other companies.
