The installation team led by Jaron with Matthew, Cedrick and Hunter were top-notch and the results well they made my house go from nice to fabulous. Great experience! Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Our first contact was RD in sales and then Keanna in scheduling. It went super smooth. The big test for us was would they show up when they said? Treat our house like we would? Do good work and clean up? Jaron, Cederick, Matthew, Hunter and John nailed it all and more. They fixed a few things that they noticed free of charge even though they got pushed right to darkness to finish the job. They made sure they got the little details right too.The whole team was very friendly and polite. I only gave a five star rating because that’s as high as I could. They deserve more than that because of the extra work they did
This company always has the most professional and knowledgeable staff in the region. Always making sure things are done to our preferences. Jaron, Cedrick and Matthew were a pleasure to have around. So kind to my aging mother and gracious with our wild dog. A++ on the work done and extra credit for being delightful humans. Btw this was done on Christmas Eve! I’m sure they got one but Christmas bonus’s are well deserved! PELLA 4 LIFE!
I elected to replace all my windows (26) and a patio door (1). Jake was my sales rep who provided me with options, from the type of window, to a partial/staggered approach or full replacement and a blend of window materials. I found Jake to be straight forward and honest and I have recommended him and Pella to my neighbors.The installation crew (Jaron, Matthew, and Cedrick) went above and beyond, from working in the rain, on the roof and after dark to get the install completed on time. They were able to track down where water was getting into the building and provide a solution to permanently fix the issue. No house is perfectly straight, (mine included) the team was able to custom make trim on site to cover any gaps and make the windows match. I was so impressed I tried to hire them for other projects around my house.The customer service was exceptional, Keanna was on top of everything from scheduling, to ordering a replacement screen damaged in shipping to getting a painter out to repair a few blemishes on the patio door trim. The install crew notified Keanna and she had the replacement screen ordered and scheduled for delivery before the job was even complete. The painter was scheduled a few days after that and everything looks great.I can already feel a difference in the temperature in the house (less drafty) and when it comes time to replace the front door I am definitely going with Pella.Follow Up Service:I had some slight damage to one of my screens during shipping. Everyone involved was proactive, vs. me calling to follow up and get things fixed. The text message for the repair confirmed the appointment window weeks in advance and then days in advance. Darrell & Nathan contacted me 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They were respectful (asked if they needed to remove their boots), courteous and efficient. The whole process was effortless and exceeded my expectations.

I had some water damage from the previous window and was worried about how the installers—Jaron, Cedrick, and Matthew—would handle the repairs before installing the new window. They handled the damage with ease, and the results were outstanding. It’s like the problem never existed, and it truly lifted a weight off my shoulders. They were also efficient, completing the work faster than I expected, and made sure the space was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.From start to finish, the whole Pella experience was exceptional. Our home consultation with RD was no-pressure and reassuring; he understood our needs and felt more like a partner than a salesman. Keanna, the scheduler, was professional, friendly, and made setting the installation date simple.I highly recommend Pella to anyone with window or door needs. I already have a Pella sliding glass door, so I knew they offered great value in both price and craftsmanship, and once again, they proved it.
