We were very impressed by both the craftsmanship and quality of Champions windows during our sales visit with David B. He was very thorough, polite and respectful. He took his time and explained a lot of the components and details that go into window construction and installation, while demonstrating their performance at energy efficiency and build quality. I have put replacement windows in other houses over the years and I believe these will be the best ones I have purchased. He also explained how the company makes and supports their own products here in the USA. Their guarantee seems to be superior to others as well. I will review them again after the installation is complete, but I am confident that we will be very happy with our choices. I feel we got an extremely fair price for the product that we will be getting.If you are on the fence or thinking about replacement windows, I suggest you give them a call and listen to what Champion can offer you. We were glad we did!
David Bohmerwald was so patient and knowledgeable with the windows presentation. He worked with us until we had a price we could afford. Awesome installation! I had an issue with a window and they were here within a week to fix it! Great service!
We signed a contract to install sliding glass doors. We made 2 of the 4 installment payments as per the contract. Once the order went to manufacturing, we received a call from our salesman saying that due to a software issue, the price listed in the contract was incorrect and that we owed an additional $2800.00. That was 50% more the orignal price we were quoted. Understanding that mistakes happen, we told our saleman that we would pay an additional $1000. He said he would get back to us. He did not. We called a week later. Bottom line, Champion wanted more than the $1000 we offered and informed us that they didn't have to honor the signed contract. We asked that they cancel the contract and refund our money. We received one installment payment back quickly. We are still waiting for the other having been told it would take 5 to 7 days for it to process. Not surprisingly, they took our money quicker than 5 to 7 days. In our opinion, the integrity of this company is questionable, at best.
We needed to replace our windows due to age and have gotten several estimates. David Bohmerwald and Champion Windows gave us the best deal. David was. Very thorough in explaining everything. Looking forward to working with them.
