I used glass guru over Pella. Pella told me I needed a whole new front door which I never really agreed with. So glass guru was very understanding at the consultation I was under a time restraint for the appointment. I greatly appreciated how straight forward the exchange was. When they called for install, I was shocked at how soon to be receiving the call. The 3 windows around front door only took 1.5 hours for 2 people. I'm a chatty and inquisitive homeowner but everyone seemed to enjoy my engagement and kindly took part in my candor.
Phenomenal service. From the sales person, Joe to the installers Carl and Cameron, the experience was excellent. Joe provided a detailed account of the windows and the benefits of the high efficiency including how the windows work and the unique features. Carl made the entire installation process seamless. From the time Carl came to measure to the time the work was complete, Carl was professional, informative and kept us updated as to the progress of the project. Carl was also thoughtful and very neat. Carl ensured everything was cleaned up and neat. The project took three days and Carl let us know that when the project started. We had 16 windows replaced and could not be more pleased. I wish everyone who performs home improvement services could be as conscientious as Carl. Overall I would rate this project as A+. And the windows have made a very evident impact on heat retention.
