Amazing front office help!I stopped in on a whim—literally on my way to Home Depot—and I’m glad I did. The young lady at the front, Brenda, knew more about windows than I did… and I’ve been installing them for 30 years! She really knew the ins and outs like—well—a window, lol. I ended up dropping $5,000 right there, got better windows for my client, and prolly saved around $500. It was a win-window for everyone!
Great store great staff very honest, same brands quality windows as other window locations in the area for less money. you’ve heard it straight from the pumpkin man been installing windows for 40 years I will not buy windows at the big box stores. They are not the same.
Extremely pleased! We have a Lombardo home which has two sliding doors that Antcliff originally installed. A neighbor mentioned warranty to fix the gas leak in the side. Richard and Kimberly were thoughtful and helpful. The gentleman who replaced the door window were quick, clean, and friendly. We will recommend them for quality, kindness and professionalism.
Asked for a quote for 4 patio doors standard 72x80.2k x 4 doors cost = 8Ksame door carter or churches = 1500 x4 = ~6kSo on top of the 500$ they are making off each door, they quoted me 2k per door to install. I get you need your business to make money but this is ridiculous. I was referred from a friend who had a good experience, but it seems this sales guy is just seeing $$ signs.. 16K for 6k worth of (4) doors installed. It was your business to lose, had you quoted me a reasonable install cost I probably would have gone with you... Its a big nope from me at this point..I bought exact same doors they quoted me. I don't need to pay an extra 8K for service down the road... I could just buy new doors again for that price. I tried to reach back to Antcliff for new quote, they chose not to respond. Then post later that they match the price.. You didn't match my price you made no other attempts. Professional window company installed all 4 doors for 2K, not 8k for installation. Don't try to raise prices based on what you think you can get. Just provide an honest quote.
Our great room windows and lower level slider needed to be replaced due to an ice damn which caused extensive water damage to the existing windows, wall and frame. The window purchasing process is stressful and time consuming, therefore, having a very experienced salesman is crucial. Our salesman seemed to struggle in this area mainly due to a lack of experience and precision. Our window measurements were not accurate which resulted in our windows being installed awkwardly. Our two center great room windows (there are 6 windows total located on the wall in the great room), which rest one on top of the other, did not line up properly. The lower center window was installed an inch left of the upper window. An inch may seem like a minor issue, yet when you attempt to add trim, trim cannot be installed properly. Not only were the window measurements wrong, the installation team was inexperienced and careless as they should have double checked the measurements and stopped the install to fix the problem. Instead, they chose to install the windows in error hoping that we would not notice the problem. Unfortunately, we noticed the improper installation problem after we learned that the trim could not be installed properly unless we wanted irregular trim pieces which only made the window error more noticeable. To add to the problem, we have the WRONG type of windows installed. Five windows are replacement windows with unsightly screws while one window was a new home build window which was installed properly. In short, the Great Room windows are the focal point of the home, and as of now, they look terrible. We chose Antcliff windows because they installed the original windows when the home was built and we felt confident that they knew what our home needed. We were wrong!!! This was a very costly mistake.
