We love our Marvin windows from Nex-Gen. The entire process from meeting Mitchel Q, who's product knowledge helped us select the best windows for our home. His guidance through the entire process was very much appreciated as well as his patience while addressing our questions and concerns.We had 11 windows, custom sills and an entry door professionally installed by crew lead Nicholas B and crewman Gabe D. They did a wonderful job and made sure we were satisfied with the installation.The windows are awesome, the sills look great and the entry door is super nice. We went through Costco for a whole new house of windows and a back door slider, and we're long overdue for all because of fear of cost. Mitchell handled consultation and immediately understood our needs and put our fears to rest. The install team of Nick and Gabe was absolutely stellar! They were fast, professional, and detail oriented to a level which pleased even my OCD construction management husband. Noah as Manager was also a complete Rockstar. Bonus points to all involved!
Nex-Gen does an excellent job, from sales to installation. Marvin windows are state of the art, in my estimation. Mitchel in sales made us a great offer, the best of four separate estimates. We had 16 windows replaced in our house. The installation team, Eduardo and Luis and the rest, were fast and efficient, professional and courteous. They took great care of our house during the install process and totally cleaned up after themselves. They covered everything up with plastic beforehand; even our surround sound speakers in the family room. Neil Horn managed the project installation, and was there during and after the install to make sure we were completely satisfied. Wow ... I cannot say enough good things about this company and our new Marvin windows.
Everyone was super nice. The installers did an excellent job and were very respectful and polite. 3 hours to put in 3 windows. They cleaned up afterwards too. We had them replace our front door last year and loved it so we started replacing windows this year. They really work with you to give you what you want. Highly recommend.
I just complete my house window project with Nex-Gen and love them! Friendly, efficient team ( shout to Eduardo and crew, Shon and Cari) and a great product! I had half the house done several years ago and the windows are easy to clean, efficient, sound. So thrilled to have them all in! Now on to the siding!
