They were efficient and quick. Window Well Solutions installed clear window well covers that are reinforced with fiberglass supports. They are rated for 300lbs. I am 250lbs and stood on them to test the strength without a concern. I won't be jumping on them, but they will keep children, adults, and pets from falling into the wells. I appreciate their work and professionalism.

I highly recommend Window Well Solutions for your custom window wells. Deanna was very responsive and replied quickly to my inquiry of having two window well covers installed. We exchanged photos and dimensions of my window Wells and samples of what the finished project would look like. She then sent me a quote based solely on that information, and the quote was spot on for the actual cost of the project. Not even a week later, Chris came out and custom made the wells and installed on on-site in under two hours. 10/10 for professionalism and the finished project looks nice and sleek. I love when a project comes together so easily.
I contacted Window Well Solutions LLC for a quote for window well covers. I messaged them through their website and received an email back very quickly. Deanna and I worked together over email (yay! no phone calls!) and I sent her photos of my window wells and she sent an estimate the same day.The company offers custom polycarbonate window well covers with structural fiberglass supports. They can hold up to 300 pounds and are hail resistant. There's a half-inch gap around the perimeter for air flow. They look really nice and that's what sold me. I had to wait to make an appointment, but when I signed and approved the estimate they emailed, I had the service scheduled within 2 weeks.I live on the southern-most end of their service area (Broomfield) and am really glad they were an option.I received a text reminder beforehand as well as a text that Chris was on the way. Since they make the covers on site to avoid any off measurements, I was able to visit with Chris and learn a bit about their process. It took less than two hours to make my two window covers. I'm glad I hired a professional as one of my window wells is SO small and strangely sized, I absolutely never would have found something at the store.Chris drove up in his truck and unpacked a workbench and built the pieces in the street (don't worry, he was safely out of the way.) He was comfortable to be around and I wasn't worried about my safety with him. It was fun to watch him work and see his process and he didn't seem to mind me asking questions.Chris and Deanna own the business and have 6 employees. I was glad to work with them both. They were professional and easy to interact with. I highly recommend them if you need a rusty window well replaced or if you need a window well cover.
