Secure Window Solutions was amazing to work with! In particular, Joanna at their office did a fantastic job communicating throughout the material ordering and permitting process. Joanna would email me every Monday AM like clockwork to provide an update on the permit application, the status of the material in manufacturing, status of material delivery to their warehouse, etc.

It was nice that Joanna was so prompt with feedback. I never felt like I had to chase them down for an update on the order/job scheduling.

Once the material arrived, scheduling the work was easy and only took 1 day for the door and window.

Thank you to Secure Window Solutions! I would highly recommend! My wife and I are already considering some future windows to replace and would definitely use them if/when we decide to pursue additional window replacements!

We were referred by a friend/neighbor and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the process. From the original estimate, installation and service, this is a company that "gets it" and understands that doing the work like they would want done in their own homes is how it should work. In fact, our windows were delivered and installed well before the date we expected and the crew that came out was professional and did a great job making sure dust and debris didn't get scattered throughout our townhouse. If you're looking for hurricane windows and are tired of scrambling around with shutters when a storm is approaching, give them a call.
