We had 11 windows, on our upper level, replaced by Canglow. Three were crank-out windows and the rest were sliders. Our crank-out windows are fine but all our sliders have warped. We contacted Canglow about the issue. They came to assess and told us they would come back with a solution. We haven’t heard from them since. It’s a big problem. All 8 slider windows have warped so badly they won’t seal properly for the winter. They frost up horribly and you can feel a constant draft. Customers need to be aware that there is no lifetime warrantee. BTW - I’ve never written a negative review before… I just felt people should know because it’s an expensive purchase.

Had Canglow replace all windows and doors on the main level in my home. After multiple quotes from different companies I decided Ray with Canglow was the most informative so decided to go with them. It took a bit longer than expected for the windows and doors to arrive, but I am sure it was due to ordering in peak season. Once they arrived installation was scheduled, Thiban arrived on the scheduled day and did a great job installing the windows and doors, you can tell he knows what he’s doing and works hard to get the job done. He was here 2 days to replace 6 windows and 3 doors. I was very happy with the work he did, no shortcuts taken. Loving my new windows and doors.

Our home is 42 years old this year so we knew it was time to upgrade to energy-efficient windows & doors. We acquired 3 quotes to compare and even though Canglow was not the cheapest quote, we were happiest with their product, sales agent Alex and overall presentation. We changed out 13 windows, patio door, back entry door and front double doors.
Our experience with Canglow has been wonderful. We just had our windows put in this week! The installers Thiban & Serhii were very considerate, arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently each day, provided A+ service & left no mess behind! Would highly recommend!!
