Been here twice with some glass issues. Brittany at reception is amazing to speak to. The technicians I’ve met are also very kind and helpful. Easy to get an appointment and quick installation both times. Will be back when the Alberta rock chips start to appear.
On the way to Fort McMurray I had a rock chips my windshield, I called Crystal Glass and they took my Atlas in as soon as I arrived. It was filled nicely and I was on my way in 25 minutes! Thanks awesome service I fully recommend them!

Terrible experience.? Never changed my windshield glass with crystal glass before but will never go back to them, first they install the wrong glass and there are scratches on the vehicle hoodThe front desk lady tried to put the blame on the vehicle. I wish I never went to them
