Reviews
What customers say
Two customers described order or installation problems: one reported incorrect windows and missing or wrong-coloured items and said the issue remained unresolved; another reported wrong-sized doors and a window, an unfinished job and charges for incomplete work. By contrast, one customer was pleased with a patio-door installation, and another appreciated Doug Little lending a ladder for a small job.

A big shout out to Doug Little! He was a huge help in lending his ladder for a small job I had to do. I know in the future I will definitely reach out if something bigger comes up!! Thanks again.

Do NOT recommend. Very friendly service to begin with and very helpful. However once bill was paid and items ordered they completely changed. Products dropped off on driveway with no heads up. Wrong windows received. Not all items that were ordered received and in wrong color. Insufficient amounts of other items. Paid a lot more than would have through a contractor. Its been months of texts and calls and they still don’t believe they made a mistake. Or bother to reply most of the time “ i lost your number “ but knew who it was before asking a name. Have not fixed issue or offered refund or anything. I wish i had never ordered anything through them. Project is months behind and with a lot more that needs to go out of pocket because of these guys. Gave them ample opportunity to make it right with us and they just dont care. They took our money and screwed us.
