Rice Windows and Doors

Our house was a new build purchase but two of the sliding doors had some defects. Brought it up to the builder and they had Rice come replace them (far above what I expected). Leo and Luis A. came and had a challenging task of taking the current doors off, but their experience paid off in what I would have thought to be nearly impossible. These guys were not only skilled but very professional but very personable too (goes a long way in my book). I would highly recommend Rice if you ever need windows or doors.

We had a great experience with Rice Windows and Doors. They have been extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions and requests. Will worked with us personally, Tyler was quick to get our job scheduled and to let us know when the window was available and Kevin did a great job installing the window. Kevin also worked hard to leave everything clean and in order before he left. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Rice Windows and Doors by a friend who had used them to replace her windows after Hurricane Ian. She and her husband had worked with Scott Strolle, so I reached out to him as well.
Scott met with me to discuss my options and took initial measurements during our first appointment. I also met with two other local companies, both recommended by friends but I continued to return to Scott with additional questions. He was always prompt, clear, and helpful in every response, whether in person or by email.
Ultimately, I chose Rice Windows and Doors and decided to move forward with replacing only the windows at this time. I selected white vinyl windows with PGT glass, which have a beautiful, clean finish. Compared to the aluminum options that felt more industrial, these were exactly the look I wanted. I also appreciated having a showroom where I could see and test the products beforehand.
Once I signed the contract, final measurements were taken, and it took only eight weeks for the windows to be manufactured and for the permit to be issued. I had originally planned for a mid-February installation, but the windows were ready ahead of schedule in mid-January, so we moved forward.
The installation was expected to take two days, but Moe and Jesus worked tirelessly well into the evening and completed everything in just one day. They were kind, professional, and left the workspace spotless.
I am thrilled with how beautiful my home looks now. I would highly recommend Rice Windows and Doors to anyone considering new windows for their home.

We had 3 windows replaced. The new windows are definitely an upgrade from what we had. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Patrick made sure our kitchen was protected with plastic and cloth drop cloths. We were very happy with our installers and the care they took. We are very happy with the new energy efficient windows. We had all our windows and doors upgraded to triple glass impact windows through Rice, they had competitive prices on high quality CWS and PGT windows and sliders. With the help of our great salesman Brett we decided on all Aluminum CWS windows and PGT Sliders (low step over threshold). We respected the quote process, with no gimmicks (free stuff), he offered their best price up front. I had heard from a friend that they did a great job on his project.

And the best part of all was the installation, we got the A team (Morgan and Kevin), they were very professional and friendly. They worked like surgeons carefully removing the old construction grade products, thoroughly prepping the openings, perfectly fitting our new Windows and Sliders and finishing them off with an eye toward the smallest details. We highly recommend this company for their outstanding service, timely installation, quality products and great people. We were thrilled with how clean the house was every day at the end of the job, it took 3.5 days to do the work and we are very very happy with everything.

The house is sooo quiet now and I immediately noticed the AC was running less. I had wondered how the triple slider was going to go in it looked heavy, Morgan explained the process and they executed it perfectly, the 300lb (each slider door weight) doors slide effortlessly.
