Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise how new window and siding projects look; one window customer also noted improved comfort. One customer reported detached lower-hinge screws and rusted hinges on a hurricane-impact door; the customer said staff told them the photos went to the manufacturer, then described a later call as “very unprofessional,” saying the caller yelled and suggested someone had damaged the door. Another customer praised installer Bob on a Florida-room project and said a previous sliding patio-door job went seamlessly.
