I don’t know any other way to say it but we were very satisfied with the entire process. We went to the home show looking for replacement windows. Stopped at a few other vendors and scheduled estimates. Then when I stopped at Window Depot Alex assured me that they would probably beat our other upcoming est and they did. We had Joey come out to show us the windows and told us a price. No sales pitch that if I signed today it would be one price and if I waited it would be another price. None of that the price he gave me was good that day or tomorrow or next week. No creating urgency that if I didn’t lock in that price it would be gone. What Joey said the windows were going to be is what they were.Their pricing was exactly what we had in mind to pay for new windows. We had 3 sliders and 10 windows to install.Lorenzo was the one to come out and do the measurements and our windows were ordered. We weren’t expecting them to be completed until December. But early November we had them in.They were all professional from beginning to end. The install was done with care and no mess was left. Our sliders were older and not as wide as the new and they needed to build out a bit for them to fit. Lorenzo came out and worked with my husband on how it can be done and then sent out a concrete person to finish up to make the slight build out look as it belonged.If you are looking to replace your windows, doors, sliders I couldn’t recommend a better company. They were professional from start to finish and what a difference it has made to the aesthetics of our home. We are definitely very satisfied customers.First pic old second pic new. The Window Depot met every expectation we had. The installation was professional from the beginning of the project to the end and has given us better temperature control in our home on super hot days. We chose the PGT Storm Breaker Plus impact windows and two sliding glass doors. The salesman was personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and fully answered all of our many questions. The price was very competitive. The delivery was on time. The installation moved along swiftly with excellent workmanship and the installation crew fully cleaned up our property. The customer care shown by their team was among the best that we have ever experienced. Props to the owners! Awesome work! Will most definitely recommend them! :)
The Window Depot did exceptional and top-notch work! From start to finish, the company overall was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure everything was done to perfection. The sales person took the time to explain all my options, provided great recommendations, and ensured the installation would seamless. And all those promises were fullfilled! The quality of work exceeded my expectations, the clean up was immpecable and my Simonton impact windows look gorgeous. Will be referring my neighbors and it's awesome that I will get a referral bonus for that too.
